Using these BIBS bottle nipples is easy. First, make sure the nipple is properly attached to the bottle. When it's time for your baby to feed, hold the bottle at an angle so the milk fills the nipple and your baby can drink without swallowing air. As for the flow, choose the slow flow for newborns, the medium flow as they grow a bit, and the fast flow for older babies. Before first use, wash the nipples in warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly. Regularly inspect the nipples for any signs of wear and tear, like cracks or holes. If you find any, replace the nipple right away. You can also boil the nipples for a few minutes to sterilize them once in a while. Just remember, keep them away from sharp objects to prevent damage.
